Hi, I’m Dove (Diane) Wilson, and I’ve spent years as a coach and therapist helping people make meaningful improvements in their lives. From executives aiming to lead more effectively to individuals managing depression, ADHD, or career uncertainty, I’ve seen how often inadequate sleep quietly undermines progress and well-being.
My training in applied neuroscience has only deepened my appreciation for sleep’s essential role in our mental and physical health. On a personal level, recovering from a concussion taught me how transformative quality sleep can be for both the brain and body. Since then, I’ve continued to study sleep science and develop services that make sleep a powerful life tool for my clients.

CBT-I: The Gold Standard for Better Sleep
As part of my commitment to cutting-edge care and ongoing learning, I’ve earned a certificate in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia). The American College of Physicians (ACP) recommends CBT-I as the first-line treatment for insomnia — meaning, prior to prescribing sleep medication.
CBT-I is:
Effective for individuals on or off sleep medication.
Compatible with other therapeutic work for depression, anxiety, pain, PTSD, and illnesses including cancer.
