CAREER COACHING
If you’re feeling lost or frustrated with your career and unsure of what you truly want from work or life, you’re not alone. It’s easy to let dreams slip away while juggling daily responsibilities.
Now might be the perfect time to reflect on what truly matters and create a plan that aligns with your values, skills, and goals. Having a guide can make all the difference in prioritizing this process.
I love helping clients gain clarity and confidence in their values, strengths, and career choices. My approach blends intuitive exercises with advanced career and psychological assessments like DiSC, 16 PF, Myers Briggs, FIRO-B, and the Highlands Ability Battery. These tools provide valuable insights into the roles that suit you best, and together we can select the tools that make the most sense for your personalized plan.
As the author of Back in Control: How to Stay Sane, Rational, and Inspired in Your Career Transition, and a long-time resource in What Color Is Your Parachute?, I bring over 25 years of experience to this work. My customized career development packages help you answer important questions like:
What do I want to do with the rest of my career?
Why am I unhappy at work?
What roles will fit my strengths better?
Let’s set up a time for a brief Career Alightment Consult. I’d like to learn about your goals, challenges and opportunities. In addition to my feedback and recommendations, we can see if my services are a fit for you in guiding you forward. The fee for this session of 45-60 minutes is $80 — which is half of my standard fee. If we decide to work together, I’ll apply that amount to any fees for my services contracted within the next 45 days. Here’s my calendar.
Session Opportunity and Fees
Sessions are held virtually and generally last 55-60 minutes. Career coaching is fee-for-service, not typically covered by medical insurance, neither are career-testing packages. Individual self-sponsored sessions are $160 per hour. Payment is due at the time of service, or you may purchase a package of sessions for three or six months at a reduced rate.
Some Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) may cover part or all of your costs—check with your provider.
If you miss a scheduled appointment without 24 hours' notice (Friday for Monday), you will be charged the full session fee.
