CAREER COUNSELING

Feeling Lost?

Or, frustrated with your career? Unsure of what you truly want from work or life? Have some hard decisions to make? You’re not alone. It’s easy to let dreams slip away while juggling daily responsibilities.

Now might be the perfect time to reflect on what truly matters and create a plan that aligns with your values, skills, and goals. Having a guide can make all the difference in prioritizing this process.

How Does It Work?

Career counseling is to help you gain clarity and confidence in your values, strengths, and career choices. Your counseling program will customized to meet your strengths and needs. Some people want testing, some don’t. Some people just need a sounding board for a couple sessions and others need a deeper dive.

Often we blend intuitive exercises and questionnaires with advanced career and psychological assessments such like DiSC, 16 PF, Myers Briggs, FIRO-B, and the Highlands Ability Battery.
