When Life Changes: Sleep & Neuroscience Hacks for Creating our Best Life

Finding the right perspective and energy to face life’s powerful changes can be challenging. Diane (Dove) Wilson, a peak performance coach and psychotherapist, shares insights and tools to leverage the power of our brains and hearts to navigate these challenges and opportunities.

The event involves the choice of: 1) meeting for lunch and the presentation or 2) just the presentation. Both are followed by tea. Yes, tea and discussion. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for check-in and socializing.

  • Lunch is the only cost, but you can attend my talk at 1:15 p.m. without having lunch or registering.

  • The presentation will be about 50 minutes, followed by Q&A and ends by 2:15 pm.

  • Tea and discussion is free for those who attend the presentation.

A three-course lunch by Executive Chef Marcell Dukes is served at noon. Hope you can join us for some or all of this. This is the day before Election Day when you and everyone deserves a little relaxation and restore time.
